Submitting a notice
A valid notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material on lustwavecams.com that you want removed, provide the exact page URL, include your contact information, and state that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is unauthorized.
The notice must also state, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner, and it must include a physical or electronic signature.

Email completed notices to dmca@lustwavecams.com. Incomplete requests may be delayed while additional information is requested.
Counter-notification
If material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected party may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Counter-notifications may be shared with the original claimant.
Repeat infringement
When applicable, LustWave Cams may restrict access by parties who repeatedly submit or distribute infringing material.
